All users should use suitable measures to maintain basic standards of hygiene, such as using deodorant, showering if needed, and wearing clean attire.

All visitors must conduct themselves in a respectful manner . Any user who acts in an intimidating, abusive, violent, inappropriate or disrespectful manner may be ejected with no refund of fees already paid.

All users must comply with any reasonable request from staff in relation to health and safety.

If any user has concerns in relation to health and safety, they must report the issue to MWM staff immediately.

At MWM our aim to create a safe and welcome environment for everyone. If any user feels they have been a victim of harassment or encountered any form of abuse should speak to a member management immediately.

The user confirms by participation that they are in good physical condition and know of no medical or other reason why they should not engage in any sessions, and that such sessions would not be detrimental to their health, safety, comfort or physical condition.
